Create describes itself as a mod which adds blocks for "Building, Decoration and Aesthetic Automation". In other words, the mod adds a variety of "steampunk" machine components such as gears and conveyor belts, which the player can use to create farms, complex buildings, etc. The mod's aim is to have the features of a standard tech mod but without using setups with only one or two "machine" blocks, instead encouraging the player to come up with their own solution.
